It's cute, and I agree: Illustrator is superior with vectors.
The type looks a little too close to the pink border, seems a bit crowded to me. The kerning also looks a little off, some spaces in between the letters could be tightened. Photoshop is also sucky for typography work.
And totally agree with the type. After looking at it for a bit, I thought I should squeeze in the letters more but I'm too lazy.
